It was wonderful.
It was wonderful. And, very sadly, our dog was euthanized so we will no longer be using trupanion. Weâve had it since she was only a couple years old and it was great throughout daisyâs life.

The claim process has been improved as the forms are all online. The response time has greatly improved and are processed quickly. Also, the direct deposit feature is very handy.

Cancer is never a fun diagnosis
My pup had a lump that was aspirated, and we found out it was cancerous. I contacted Embrace, the representative was extremely professional and kind and helped me with pre-certification for the surgery to remove the cancer. It was a little less stressful, knowing that the insurance from Embrace would help with the surgery. I was honestly shocked how quick the turnaround was for the claim once I submitted it. I thought it may take several months, but it was a bit faster. We are very satisfied with Embrace pet insurance.
