Always There For Me!
Had an emergency vet visit for my dog and was worried about how much I would have to pay out-of-pocket. Luckily, when it came time for billing, Trupanion immediately had my back and helped substantially lower the vet bill. Always glad to know I don’t have to be scared to take my beloved Leo to the vet because of financials!

I find it useless as a insurance..its…
I find it useless as a insurance..its nothing like health insurance. If you dog is a diabetic and needs meds or god know surgery because a kidney is falling ect you won't cover it because its a previous condition do to diabetes.. That is just a example..I will be canceling and putting the 200 dollars a month in a saving for my babies.. I get not covering medication but if a surgery comes up for said condition you won't cover is crazy..said condition caused cancer in let's say a yr nope its said condition related.. Waste of money..

I submitted a claim which was based on different services. Pets Best really analyzed the claim and approved payment for the part I had coverage for. They explained each of their response. The process was not fast but I was satisfied with the result.
