They are really awesome.I've had my dog since Dec 2020 (same time I got Trupanion) and I have submitted two claims since then: one for an eye infection and the other for a bug bite. I had to pay out of pocket for both ointments and Trupanion was able to pay me back 100%. I would recommend!
