They Dont cover crap...
I got this insurance a few months before my dog started acting funny, took him to the vet and they determined they had to take out one of his glands. I went to my "insurance" and said hey im past the introductory period so my insurance has kicked in per the email they sent me verifying that insurance was ready and then they told me, "Sorry we cannot cover this 2800$ bill because your dog was taking antibiotics for a skin irritation he had 4 months before i got the insurance. Somehow a skin irritation and a gland inside the body are relative to them not having to pay for the surgery. Their insurance is a waste....

Dear ASPCA, I had questions because what you was asking seemed out of line with the way I have done business with other insurance companies. In stead of communicating with me. You ignored me. I asked someone else, granted it is not your company, but at least they took the time to answer me. You got my money and would not answer your client's questions. Is that good business? I need to know I can depend on the insurance for my friend. Has long as I have had this feline, he has gotten the best Veterinarian care I could afford. You do not fit your marketing ploy. Respectfully, Bruce Kuzma, P.S. I have tried to register on your APP, however, you would not accept any of my email accounts, and here you are writing emails to the very invalid account. Trupanion lives up to their marketing. They process claims fast with no hassle and that makes it so much easier to deal with the things that count like your pet. Our most recent claim was processed directly the day of surgery and covered 90% as promised! Thank you Trupanion.

We've had PetsBest for a few years now
We've had PetsBest for a few years now, hoping we would never need it. This past year, its been our savior! It seems that when it rains, it pours, and when our sweet girl became ill and those expensive procedures and tests were needed, our insurance allowed us to provide care we would never have been able to financially afford as a cash only patient. They've reimbursed all of our claims so far, and while the some claims can take some time for processing, most have been paid pretty quickly and ahead of the estimated processing windows given.

We switched to Figo a few weeks ago and…
We switched to Figo a few weeks ago and so far, the experience has been nothing but short of amazing. Navigating the Pet Cloud is so user friendly. We submitted our first two wellness claims and literally within minutes for one and a few hours for the other the claims were reviewed and paid. I'm thankful to have found such a great company at an affordable price for our pets.
