We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our beautiful 12 year old Sarah. Trupanion showed empathy and took care of all of the financial concerns within 2 days. I can always depend on straight forward professional support from all associates I deal with at any given time. This pet insurance is amazing
This pet insurance is amazing. Customer service is so nice and helpful. My dog suffered from mengioensifalitis and had seizures from it. The hospital bill was outrageous but I submitted the claim and had reimbursement for my bill within 10 days, which was plenty of time to pay the credit card bill that I put it on. I just cannot recommend a better pet insurance.
