Quick and easy.
It was very easy to enroll my cat. Just a few simple questions and didn’t take long at all. The representative I spoke to made sure to ask throughout if I had any questions to let him know and was able to answer any that I had asked. And went through with me the deductible options. Very pleased.

As soon as I signed up I haven’t been able to even make an account. I get to where it says my email to create an account is being sent, it never comes. I haven’t received one email and I’ve tried 5 times. Now I have to call customer support…not off to a great start

Best Insurance/Service for both my pet and myself
I have had Trupanion since Callie was a puppy, shes 10 now. Two weeks after setting up an account with Trupanion, Callie jumped out of my car. Over the years we have had various issues come up including two knee replacements.... She does love those squirrels. Trupanion has been nothing but fantastic each and ever time! When your pet, the one you love, is injured or suffering, the last thing you want to deal with is the headache of an "insurance" company. I only wish my human insurance was a kind and helpful as Trupanion. I have called and been told "Don't worry about that, that is our job. You just worry about your fur baby." Those words from that man, during that stressful time, will stay with me. It is part of what I think about when I refer people to Trupanion. There is literally NOT ONE bad thing I can say about them. They will not give you a reason to. They are quick with invoices and responses, kind and respectful over the phone. Its like you are talking to your family when you call. If I could be a spokesperson for Trupanion.... I would! They are everything that an insurance company should be, and more. I have never regretted getting or having pet insurance and Trupanion will be the company that I continue to choose for every pet I have. They have truly set the bar.
