Our 2 year old Riley, had ingested a foreign object and was constantly vomiting, not eating or drinking, so we ended up at the vet ER. Riley is my first dog and I don’t have any experience on how to use the Trupanion’s benefits and this added to my stress. Rebecca went beyond her duties to help me. She was my Angel and guided me throughout my experience. She was patient, compassionate and professional. Congratulations Trupanion for having such an employee and THANK you Rebecca for being there for me. I also want to mention Carolyn for her help and support.

No one to chat or speak with on the phone
I submitted a wellness claim on 4/26/23. All I see is that it is "in process". Every time I go to the chat, it says there are too many people wanting to chat, so it can't accommodate me. I tried to call, and was told by the robot that everyone was in a training session. I had Nationwide before, and always got reimbursed the next day. I have been reading other reviews, and everyone is having the same trouble with this company. I will be returning to Nationwide.
