This is horrible pet insurance! Having a $600 vet bill with full coverage, I received under SIX dollars. I even donate to the SPCA. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone!!

The worst Pet insurance
I only wish I had read the reviews.Same problems there is what I am having.For two years I did not file any claims but my payment was drawn from my account .Filed a claim and was sent through so many run around it is ridiculous. The worst experience.Takes jumping through hoops and 15 days to process is a joke or scam I waited two years and money on a scam. If you are thinking of enrollment in this pet insurance. Two years I never filed a claim. And before care what you say to their customer service people. I am not missing anything you pay upfront And no I will not contact you to discuss anything but getting my money for no claims for two years.Contact me then .I am turning it over to my lawyer.

I had active insurance, and got screwed over.
I had active insurance for months, I sent them a claim, they stated to me that the claim would be approved and that I could still cancel my account since my insurance was active after the date of my claim. They ended up cancelling my account instantly, actually, they somehow put down that my account was never active, which makes 0 sense, so they didn't approve my claim. I ended up getting screwed because of their incompetence. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Also tried to dispute through my bank, but that got denied, because all they can see on their end was that I didn't have active service at all, which is a lie, but the only thing I had as proof was a phone-call.

Healthy Paws is Awesome!
We have been a Healthy Paws customer for six years and have policies for both our dogs. Our experience has been that Healthy Paws is easy to work with and they provide hassle free and timely claims service. All of our questions are answered quickly and the claims payments are very prompt. Having pet insurance definitely eased the stress when we had to deal with a very sick dog. We will definitely keep our pets insured with them — and we highly recommend them.

Kind and Considerate Service. No Runaround. 8 years and Counting!
I signed my rescue dog up for a policy with Trupanion when I adopted him eight years ago. I also recently signed my certified service dog up for a policy last month. I have had such good experiences with Trupanion for my first dog, that I didn't hesitate to contact them again when I received my service dog. Yesterday I had a question about how Trupanion covers or doesn't cover services specific to my dog's needs as a service animal. She is my walking eyes, and while regular, for example, eye exams not necessitated by an injury may not be covered, I wondered if they would in the case of a service animal. Mindi, the customer service representative didn't have an immediate answer for me, but she put me on hold and got an answer right away. I am proud to be a customer of a company that provides considerate and prompt service to its customers and their pets. There are no phone games. If you have a concern best answered by your vet they will call and work it out on your behalf. Simply wonderful. That's it, really.

Our sweet, sweet hound dog Cole
Without Trupanion we would have had to euthanize our beloved hound dog last October 2022 when he was disowning spleen cancer. Trupanion paid 90% of his surgery, his Chemo and his visit with Auburn small animal hospital. We were able to have him bless our lives for another 7 months before we had to say goodbye. Thanks Trupanion for being there for us in our time of need!
