Trupanion #1 Pet Medical Insurance!
I love that I only pay my share of an invoice after my vet's office submits my claim while I wait for it being approved rather than I pay the total amount and then submit the claim to you for reimbursement. Sometimes the amount of the invoice is more than I can pay up front. Trupanion has paid thousands of dollars for my claims and if I had to pay and then wait for reimbursement - that totally defeats the purpose of having pet insurance.

Better experience before my last claim.
My experience with Trupanion is usually quick and easy with lots of communication. However, this time, no email was sent to me saying they have received my claim, only that my claim was approved 2 days later. I became stressed that my claim was not received so I asked my vet to re-send my claim, which then became a duplicate claim at Trupanion.
