Easy sign up!
I have not used the insurance yet but the sign up was so easy. I got recommendations on best pet insurance and went to the web site to check it out. It was amazing. They give you the options and you decide what works for you. Prices are very reasonable. If filling a claim is half as easy as the sign up it’s the best.

Frustrating
Every time I try to file a claim it just spins and never sends. Finding some one to help is impossible. May end up ending my dogs insurance with them. Super frustrating.

Pre-existing scam - now resolved
Feeling completely scammed by Fetch right now. Our puppy had giardia when we adopted her from a rescue - before we had insurance. We got her treated and lab work confirmed it was resolved. Last week she was vomiting and the vet suspected an obstruction. Ordered x-rays which I felt confident approving because I thought I had insurance. Fetch just denied my claim because our dog had vomited in the last year. The two incidents having nothing to do with each other. I wish I was kidding. Vomiting in dogs happens all the time for so many possible reasons and is not a "condition". I'm going to find a better company who knows the actual definition of pre-existing condition. Updated: this is now resolved thanks to advocacy from my vet. If you're denied by Fetch, I recommend asking your vet to help. Not a great experience, but I did get reimbursed.

Their administration fee is absolutely…
Their administration fee is absolutely disgusting. They've surely done their research and determined you'll pay the garbage cash grab fee at checkout. These sorts of junk fees should be illegal. Edit: I advise everyone to have a good look at the boiler-plate reply below and assess. There's actually little information there that you wouldn't already know. So, there's no clarification. All of the expenses they cite are standard operating expenses for an insurance company. You're essentially being charged a fee for the privilege of choosing them as an insurance provider, and they're trying to gloss it over. They know that once you've selected a premium, you've indicated a pain point about coverage for your pet, and they're sticking you with a garbage fee for an application you complete yourself. Keep in mind, most of us fill out the online forms and do the work for them. And to top if off, you pay that fee, and they reserve the right to change the premiums at any point. So, you don't even get a guaranteed rate for a fixed period, and you still pay a nuisance fee.

Allison was amazing in helping me select the best pet insurance plan for my baby. She was patient with my gazillion questions, super friendly, and I felt I was working with a friend vs a "salesperson". Highly recommend Allison if you are exploring pet insurance options!!! Also, this pet insurance seems very comprehensive and well worth it!
