Easy to submit my invoice and attach records in the app. Had a hard time when attaching records seeing that they were attached(but they may have been on me). Received what I expected quickly. Lots of text communication to let me know where my claim was in processing. Overall good experience

Good pricing, very slow and odd claims processing!
The pricing for PetsBest insurance is good. I did a lot of research before I chose them. Their app works OK for submitting claims, but looking at pending claims, it requires that you login a second time. Often it takes you to an error message and you have to keep logging back in to view your claims. I have claims that were submitted over 30 days ago. They are still pending. I have two claims that I submitted within the last week. One is paid for and the other is still pending. I do not understand their processing of claims, but that makes no sense. Pets Best - do better with TIMELY claims processing and stop requiring a second (third, fourth, etc.!) log in to view claims!

The rate for my two dogs went up just after one year, now on year two. As of right now neither dogs are high maintenance and just this last two months did I ever reach the deductible for one dog. I do not understand why the monthly rate would rise when I had not asked for major coverage of anything from Embrace.

It took 30 days!
It took 30 days! THIRTY days!! The entire point of me carrying this insurance is to lighten the burden an emergency vet trip puts on the finances. 30 days later is far too late. And no explanation, no updates. A couple lame apologies is all I got. Oh wait! I also got a premium increase on a 3 year old dog with no medical issues. How do you like them apples?

Our experience with Fetch has been a good one. Communication with Fetch has always been very good. Fetch gives detailed information about our claim and when to expect an answer to the payment of the claim.

Once again great service
I have been with Embrace for 8 years now. Service has always been top notch. Recently it seemed one of my claim submittals was missed. I waited a while (actually a few months) and finally called. They were quick to acknowledge that it was somehow not addressed. It was quickly processed, and I received my wellness claim benefits within a couple days. Ryan was awesome and did not back pedal on their oversight.
