I was asked to submit additional medical documentation, soap notes, which I did. My claim was then denied because MetLife claimed they never received that documentation. If they needed different documentation, I never received notification of that.

If your pet gets sick , you are doomed
If your pet gets sick, this company will raise your rates, sky high ,with no limit. My dog got sick, and the premiums went up, without notice more than twice as much. There is presently a class action suit against them in California.

Extremely overpriced for benefit received. Just getting $238 back on a $1500 bill. Why should I bother paying $56/mo, $670/yr? If my medical insurance paid like this. I'd be bankrupt.
