On line claims are super easy
On line claims are super easy. The communication is great. They send messages at least once a week to tell you the status of your claim. Now they even have direct deposit in Canada so turn around time is quick! So happy I invested in the Fetch Insurance plan for my pup!

Recently, as my dog has aged, there have been some issues that have required medical care. Having this insurance has made it very easy to say yes to testing that is needed and can be very expensive. This past September he had a sprain that made him miserable. I had to go.to vet ER. He needed imaging, radiology, labs and everything in the crock pot, lol. We were discharged and had a follow up with his regular vet a few days later per ER instructions. I filed one claim on a Monday and it was paid by the Friday. And the follow up visit was paid in 9 days!!! I was impressed. My vet wanted to know the name of the company as all the ones they offer have had negative feedback. I gladly provided Fetch's information as they got to see the EOB for ER payment and how quickly it was resolved. I've had my dog covered for 10 years now, it does get more expensive as he ages, but the peace of mind in making care decisions for him knowing Fetch will reimburse covered care quickly, is absolutely worth it!!!!

Piece of mind is invaluable.
I have been a Fetch customer for about four years, after having to make a really tough decision for my cat that I never had to make again. All my pets are covered with 90 percent coverage, as I find it much easier to budget for the monthly premium than a surprise vet bill. While I haven't needed to use it for two of my pets, my cat Luna eats everything off the ground and has needed two linear foreign body removals and treatment for gastro upset. In total, this would have cost me about 10k over the last few years. The process for submitting the necessary paperwork is easy with the app, and they are very communicative with the status While the time between submission and decision can take a bit and that's a stressful time, they have always provided payment. I recommend them to all my friends and family who have pets.

Absolute SCAM!
Absolute SCAM!! Check their Facebook and Instagram to see how many people they are screwing over. They stall for months and months on processing claims so you’ll continue to pay. Then after hundreds of dollars they deny the claim for some arbitrary reason and there’s nothing you can do. You also can’t cancel without calling, listening to a sales pitch and waiting 24 hours. They’re taking money to pad their wallets and then denying claims. You can easily Google their executives heart salaries to see where you’re stolen money is going Also beware of all the fake reviews below being put out by the company. Their limiting comments on their social media and putting out fake reviews. I’m guessing they’re going to continue to take as much money as possible before declaring bankruptcy in a way that protects them and they won’t have to pay out claims ETA this is the same generic response they give everyone with no real answer. I still haven’t gotten my claim processed after months or a refund
