I would give 10 stars if I could
I would give 10 stars if I could! I shopped around for pet insurance chose ManyPets, you can pick the coverage that suits your needs and wallet. Our 20 month old Maine Coon developed hip problems and had two broken hips requiring surgery. If not for ManyPets we would have had to say goodbye because the surgeries and treatments were upwards of $9K. They reviewed, approved and paid claims super fast, usually less than a week. Thank you ManyPets! I recommend them to everyone.

It takes to long to get your claim taken care of. It use to be 2 weeks but now it is a month. It was nice that they took so long with my last claim that they did my last two recent claims as well. Almost $300.00.

So impressed with the Spot process
So impressed with the Spot process! We took our Paula for her first wellness check recently and simply snapped a pic of the receipt and uploaded it through the Spot app to submit the claim. We were able to follow the progress of the claim through the app and received payment as a direct deposit. Thanks so much for a terrific customer experience!
