Surprised & Disappointed
We took our pet who is 13 months old to the vet for what appeared to be kennel cough, which was confirmed. The following day after having to wait 12 hours to get him into the emergency pet hospital, they confirmed he had pneumonia. 3 days later we got a letter stating Trupanion would be raising our rates. Ironically we just met our deductible. I do not recommend Trupanion. 1 claim and the rates go up.

Great customer service, and a professional staff. I asked the insurance agent about a insurance policy for my pet. She explained to me and ensured I understood everything about the policy I chose for my pet. The agent also explained the procedures to file a claim for reimbursement of funds for certain medical treatment for my pet. Spot insurance is reliable, affordable, and available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding my policy or a claim.
