Simple and Effective Process
The process of uploading my documents, combined with turn-around time, is the simplest and least stressful insurance claims process for us. Wowza! Our claim was settled really quick, very impressive. I did have problems with filing my claim online using the app., and needed to send everything by email Think the app needs a little tweaking as it took a couple of days to to refresh. Other than the app issues everything went extremely well The customer service reps I spoke with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

It was really nice to know we had Fetch when we took our dog to the vet and ended up with $1K in tests and treatment. Sending the required documents was super easy, their review was within their stated time frame and the reimbursement came quickly after it was approved.
