Awful practice
Awful! Justin Daughtry's negligence directly caused my cat to develop diabetic ketoacidosis. My cat also obtained a skin injury while in SOTH direct care due to Melissa's lack of compassionate care. Now they refuse to answer my questions in email and demand I talk with them on the phone because they refuse to admit that they made any mistakes. These people are rude, unprofessional, narcissistic, and only care about taking your money. My cat almost died because of State of the heart's incompetence!

Fetch has been very good for Bella
Fetch has competitive pricing, online support and easy to navigate app. My pup has been insured through fetch from the start, she had an accident recently and needed surgery. We paid in full at the vet and submitted all our claims, within 2 weeks it was approved, the money (after deductable $300) was covered 90% (as per our plan) was in my account 2 days later. I like the convenience of the online app and the easy to use website. I recommend Fetch.

Great Coverage
I have my beloved Gia covered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I took this insurance out when I adopted her from a local rescue at the age of three. Over the last seven years I find that I am using the insurance more as Gia ages. Healthy Paws is quick to turn around my claims. I have trained myself to submit them when I get the invoice. They have completed some in as little as a day and never more than ten days. I am very satisfied with their service.

DENIED
Turned in a claim form because our dog had a really tough time defecating. They denied it because somehow it’s related to his penis from a previous claim they denied. Looking at dropping them because at this point, I’m paying for everything out-of-pocket, so what’s the point!

Healthy Paws For the Win!
My dog had a GI obstruction that required emergency surgery. The estimate ranged from $5K to $8K and seeing those numbers was daunting, but I had trust that Healthy Paws would come through for us as I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now. As expected, Healthy Paws covered everything I thought they would (80% per my policy) and got the reimbursement to my bank account within a week. I am incredibly grateful to the Healthy Paws team for truly being there for me and my dog and drastically reducing the stress involved in an already emotionally trying time.

A very happy customer.
In 30 years of owning dogs and cats I have never signed up for pet insurance so I was apprehensive about taking insurance on our new rescue. Veterinarian costs have become outrageous and I felt it was necessary. I researched a number of companies but felt Spot Pet Insurance seemed to offer the best coverage. I have not been disappointed. The claims are easy to submit. Spot's customer service is excellent and the communication regarding the claims is accurate and timely. I have set up my account for direct deposit and was pleasantly surprised when my claim was approved and the deposit was made within 5 days. I highly recommend this insurance company especially for a young animal. Just note that pre-existing conditions are not covered. I am a very satisfied customer.
