I had pets best for my dog
I have had pets Best insurance for several years and never had to use it. We recently had an emergency with our dog and pets best reimbursed us what our plan stated. Everything was quick and easy

I highly recommend Spot
If my dogs suddenly get sick or need to get a routine checkup, I never have to worry. I've had Spot for a year now and they have been wonderful, always taking care of the expenses in just 2 or 3 days. It really sets my mind at ease having them as my pet insurer. Highly recommend.

My experience with Spot Pet Insurance has been flawless.
My experience with Spot Pet Insurance has been great. It was super easy to apply. The best part about Spot is that the following day my puppy was insured. I’m glad there is no waiting period for preventative care. Also, I like that Spot’s reimbursement is so quick.

My dog is now 7 years old and used this company on one occasion. Started out at 44.00 mostly, it went to 76.00, 94.00 and automatically went up to 136.00 without any notice. Even reduced my coverage from 15.000 to 10.000. So, now it not affordable any longer. They base it on the animals age. They sure did well with collecting the monthly fees in the last 7 years. That's insurance, I get it but to jump from 94.00 to 136.00 is absolutely crazy. Anyway going to cancel it. It's all about the mighty dollar. I don't recommend this company but I suspect there all the same.

Good service and trustworthy.
The claims are easy to file and the explanation of benefits is also easy to understand and accurate. I’ve been a customer for several years and have had no problems with getting the coverage I paid for.

Cost should be around $55 at most but it’s $82
What I have come to realize is really not much is covered with Embrace unless you add wellness rewards or your dog gets spontaneously hurt or sick. This is their coverage in a nutshell, so be prepared. Then there is the annual deductible that has to be met so you put in a claim find most of claim they agreed to pay goes towards your annual deductible. I essentially paid for the insurance for 3 years and received little to no benefit. Had I understood the how this insurance works I would have chosen a different company that offers the same insurance but offers wellness rewards at the same total price as Embrace and Fetch insurance does just that. So I canceled Embrace because they also recently hiked my rate to $82 a month. I called Fetch and the same coverage with wellness rewards is $15 dollars less than what I was going to pay with Embrace. Anyway nothing bad to say just overpriced insurance based on my research with other pet insurance companies.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I’m still fighting them almost 2 years later for reimbursement on several claims worth over $900 Most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had Do yourself a favor and do not waste your goddamn money.

A much slower resolution
This experience with another of my furbabies, Lilly Rose, took a lot more time than my first, with my Vinnie and it was a small fraction of Vinnies claim. I'm not sure where the problem was (whether the vets office, Embrace Insurance, or a combination of both). But I'm glad it's finally resolved. Thank you so much.
