10/10 experience

Claim review time has improved SIGNIFICANTLY! The last claim was processed and approved in less than 24 hours. I have not had any issues with Pets Best and very thankful I started with them when I did. The only thing I’d recommend for improvement is to cover veterinary care outside of the US. San Diego customers live close to Mexico where vet costs are substantially lower, which would save everyone money.

Easier than my insurance

It's a really simple, straightforward process and the turnaround time for claims is pretty quick. I've really appreciated having the insurance for my dog so that if anything happens I know that I can get him the medical attention he needs without worrying too much about the bill.

Thank goodness for Spot

Despite having to resubmit a claim after it was denied (it was then approved), Spot has been easy to work with. I have a young dog that has already had one surgery and we are looking at a second one. It has cost us a fraction of what it would have. Thanks Spot.

I've been a customer for Fetch Pet…

I've been a customer for Fetch Pet Insurance for almost 6 years . Customer service is great they listen and advise you the best they can Scarlett just just her teeth done and sent In all the paper and recieved my 80% back .They also cover her allergie pill . I also had my other dog Valentino on there Insurance but it was a different name at that time so I'm going to be a Customer for 18 year I've been very happy with the Insurance company for my Scarlett and I recommend the company 100% to anyone who wa t to use the company

It's an easy straight forward service

Straightforward, no-hassle processing

After many years of being a pet owner, I decided to open an insurance policy for the 2 baby street dogs I adopted 4 years ago. I have forgotten the name of the company I originally signed up with, but they merged or rebranded as Fetch a while back. I never made a claim until recently, when one of the pups injured his neck when both my spouse and I had been unemployed for months. That's when I downloaded the app, uploaded his records, and submitted a claim for the emergency vet visit. I didn't have to talk on the phone to anyone, I didn't have to plead my case, just uploaded receipts, and they approved the reimbursement within a week. Since then, our pup has seen a neurologist, gotten the right treatment, and has recovered. Sure, he might injure himself again, or this might turn into a chronic condition, but we aren't afraid of the future, and that is priceless. We didn't have to go into debt over it, or compromise on his care and comfort because of our financial situation, and that is exactly what insurance should do.
