Speedy, Helpful, There When Needed
So grateful for the speedy and comprehensive support for my pup! I've had ManyPets insurance for a couple years now and, while I hoped to never need it, am so glad I had it in place when my doggo developed bladder stones and needed surgery. Within one week of the surgery, the claims were filed, reviewed, and reimbursed - just as they said it would be. If only human health insurance could work as seamlessly! I'll be recommending this company to all my pet-loving friends.

Read the fine print with FIGO
Unfortunately I've learned that with FIGO, their fine print isn't beneficial to the pet owner. In order for them to pay for my Golden Retriever's ear infections for skin issues, they'd have to go 1 year without any vet visits for these issues before they'd consider paying for this expenses. One year is a LONG time with a dog who is prone to these issues and it's just frustrating navigating them constantly telling you that "this isn't covered because....".

Fast, hassle free claim process
I've had to use MetLife twice since I've adopted my cat - once an ER visit and now for a swollen lymph node that turned out to be moderate / severe periodontitis (not common at this young age). She had to have multiple visits, exams, and finally a (costly) dental procedure. I sent in the claims for vet and dentist with supporting docs and they paid it right away minus deductible & coinsurance - no hassle. Much better than my health insurance, I will say! I'm very satisfied.

Generally very pleased with the experience. I have made several claims and the processing has been very straightforward. Most impressive was the phone support. I had a question regarding coverage and the woman who answered was delightful and DOMESTIC! She was knowledgeable and reassuring and, above all accurate. I have been a policyholder for 3 years and would highly recommend Pet’s Best. Keep up the Great Work!!!

Surgery and post-surgery complications claims
Our 3 year-old pup was vomiting and pooping blood and not eating. He was in and out of the vet. They did a barium test and still couldn’t figure it out and eventually resorted to exploratory surgery where they found a squeaker in his stomach. After 10 days he was back to the same situation and we had to take him to Purdue for a case study. They found out that he developed stomach ulcer from the pain medication post surgery. He had to take a lot of medication for two full weeks. It cost over 6000 USD. Fetch reimbursed us the 80% without question. We submitted all the invoices and medical records and it took over two weeks but we did not need to follow up. We have three dogs and all are under Fetch. Never had an issue with claims and praying it will be like that forever! I recommend this company to pet parents.
