Very Erratic Claims Processing Issues
I chatted w/ a specialist to process a quick claim for meds my dog has been on for over 7 years and should have been fast-tracked. I told the specialist I had to increase my deductible due to an exorbitant policy rate increase and am under extreme financial burden. The specialist was unsympathetic and uncaring and did very little to help me process my claim quicker. I have had this specialist before and had the same reaction. I will hang up if I get this specialist again and speak to someone who cares about customers and animals and will do everything they can to appease the situation.

I purchased Embrace Pet Insurance for my Doberman Pinscher, Raven.
I purchased Embrace Pet Insurance for my Doberman Pinscher in July 2023. Raven turned one year old in April 2024 and we have used our Embrace policy on several occasions. For those of us who know puppies, no matter how good we are at pet parenting, there may still be some gastric issues, bumps and bruises, or other medical need that require a trip to the Vet. Embrace has done a fantastic job for me. They have made filing a claim very easy and they have agreed with every claim I placed. My experience with Embrace Pet Insurance thus far has exceeded my expectations, and Raven likes it too!!!

Super fast speed of reimbursement
I have had Fetch for many years, covering the lifespan of our previous almost 17 year old dog and our current 4 year old. But even with prior experience, the speed of claims processing was impressive! I had to double check the source of the direct deposit in my account because i couldn't believe the claim for my dog's dental treatment was already paid at the end of only one week! Granted, because I have been a customer a long time, I knew what paperwork was needed to submit, but if you give them all the important documentation you get the reimbursement fast!

MetPet insurance is very good but pricey only because I have full reimbursement. My only complaint is that is went from about $67 to $92. Maybe the more costly the plan, the better the service who knows but I have never had an issue when submitting my claims or getting reimbursed. I submit and get my reimbursement in about 5 days. They never asked me for paperwork from the previous vet. I have had this MetPet for almost 2 years. My dog goes about two to three times a year depending and I have never had an issue. I get reimbursed for his flea and tick medicine and also the medication for heart worms. MetPet offers a lot of additional benefits. Good but pricey….think I will keep it for a while longer. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks MetPet.
