Fetch's service had really gone down

Fetch's service had really gone down. They lacked flexibility and each representative regurgitates policy like a robot. I submitted my claim 2 days away from their required 90 dates policy and they refused to reimburse the vet cost, when it clearly qualified. They raised my premiums every year even when they advertised no birthday increase. My rate went from $460 to now $675 a year. It's not worth it.

Chronically late reimbursements

It never fails to miss but I don't get my EOB for at least one month after I submitted my claim. I called customer service to check on status and was told the amount doesn't matter, but that they have up to 45 days to process th claim. No "I'm sorry for your negative experience," but nonchalantly reiterated the 45 day they had to complete th claim.

So far I have not been satisfied

So far I have not been satisfied. Claims take far too long to process and reimburse. I'm paying a lot of money per month and I'm worried if something big happens financially I won't be able to help my dog and that defeats the purpose of this plan. Last year when I had my dogs much needed dental routine which is supposed to be included in my wellness plan I was denied stating that I needed to provide proof that I had been providing proper dental care and getting cleanings done annually from when he was a puppy in order to cover me. None of that was explained upon sign up. I rescued my dog who was already a young adult/teen in another state mind you many years ago. I don't have access to those records so how do I prove that? Absolutely ridiculous bs excuses. My dog now has a heart condition which he has no previous medical history of this is all new and scary. Still waiting, let's see if they can prove me wrong and I can change this review to a more positive one and increase the rating

They took 3 entire months to process…

They took 3 entire months to process and refund my claim. I had to reach out to each vet myself and send records. I am annoyed

Payment

I got paid super fast but I only got paid for ½ the vaccine. The other half will be in 3 weeks. I probably won’t get anything because as I understand it I am at my max. So now Lulu has to be sick in order to get any payback. Doesn’t seem fair

Long delay, still waiting.

App didn’t work for me. I called and was given email address to send invoices to. Waited a long time for approval of reimbursement. Still waiting for reimbursement which has not made it to into my account yet. Not really happy.

Difficult to deal with. Need to keep my insurance on a dog with pre-exiting issues but have another puppy coming last week of June and have already signed this pup up with Met-Life.

Difficult to work with. I have used Embrace for over 9 years with my dogs. I need to keep my insurance on a dog with IBS a pre-exiting issue so your it Embrace. I have another puppy coming last week of June and have already signed this pup up with Met-Life because of my recent problems with Embrace. I was sent to a specialist - Dental Surgeon by my regular vet because of the size of the Mass. He talked to me and explained that nothing could be done after the examination. He said if he operated he would need to take the area with the cancer, part of the jaw bone and part of the eye socket. She was gone in 10 or 12 days. I sent Embrace all the doctors notes of both visits and invoices. This certainly was not a pre-existing condition. Please Embrace don't copy and paste one of your standard letter that will apologize and give excuses for your behavior. When I tried to wait on the phone to one of your customer service people - I finally told them "just forget it." I need to say to you Shame on you Embrace.

I’m very frustrated with this insurance…

I’m very frustrated with this insurance company. I have 2 French Bulldogs on this insurance. Not only does it take a ridiculous amount of time to process claims they seem to deny everything under “pre existing” conditions. I plan to look into other pet insurance options.
