Steffi was wonderful
Steffi was wonderful! She continued to remain in contact with me while i struggled to make a decision. She was patient and informative. She shared personal experiences with pet insurance which made it much easier to discuss any concerns. I didnt feel pressured to make a decision which definitely made it much more pleasant to work with her. I am hopeful all the staff with prudent are as helpful and pleasant as Steffy. Thank you again for your amazingnest!!

No one answers the phone
The app is really easy to use, reimbursements are easy to receive. However, no one answers the phone and it took awhile for an email response that wasn’t an automated response. On top of that, even that person said she didn’t know why my claim wasn’t re-opened automatically after receiving the necessary records when it should have.

Embrace has been absolutely wonderful to work with. So much stress and anxiety was relieved because of your efficient claims process. Never had pet insurance before until…
Never had pet insurance before until now. After the expense in the loss of our sweet Haylie from cancer, we decided to purchase insurance for our next pet and went through Embrace. Now a few years later we had to file our first claim. Embrace made it so easy to file, and check on claim status through the app. I wish our personal health insurance was this easy to deal with! We were anticipating that it was going to take them 30 days or more to process the claim, but no way! Embrace was able to process multiple claims in 3 days!!! I highly recommend Embrace as your choice to cover your fur baby, we are glad we did!
