Just filed two claims for emergency…
Just filed two claims for emergency visits and waiting on approval from Embrace. The filing process was super easy and I was able to right from my phone! Hoping to hear back this week on claims approved. I never had pet insurance before and after the expenses of the passing of my last dog, I wanted to give this a try with my new puppy. TBD on the approval and will follow up on my review once I hear back from Embrace

They paid my claim of over $3,000 within one week of my pets torn ACL surgery. I am very thankful that i have insurance with Health Paws on both of my Boxers.

Bella and Paiges Wellness visit.
when calling for help with filling out paper work for refund on 2 dogs wellness check-ups, the heron I talked with gave me wrong fax number, wetting things in a whirl wind because I had to do all over and e-mail everything and take pictures to send. I had to look for help to get that done as was not sure how to do it. Send everything in after several calls and nothing getting done I finally get a refund, only in d out that my vet had put both price together as one for just the wellness check ups, saving me $20. that is how theeir system works showing both on one. I paid $80.00 for both dogs, Bella was $50.00 and Paige would have been $30.00. They paid $50.00 , had I been s separate times it would have ben$50.00 easch, but their billing system is set up differently on their computer and they were unable to separate the 2 charges. (saving you $50.00. as you paid for one dog. yes I am upset, that is $30.00 I am out. And no one seems to understand and it was written on the receipt sent to you. Very upset and then told I have to call my vet and send you another receipt. Their system was set up to give their patients a break when they have more than one dog and they are unable to change their computer set-ups. sorry, but this whole ordeal was very upsetting.

Healthy Paws is fantastic
Healthy Paws is fantastic! They make it easy to apply, easy to upload claims, and their customer service is fantastic. To top it off, there are no complicated hoops to jump through to get claims paid for. We recently had not one but TWO instances with our dog that cost us a tremendous (over $10K) amount of money. If we did not have insurance, we could not have afforded to keep our dog alive. I credit my dog’s life entirely to my Healthy Paws insurance policy!! I could not recommend them more highly- I am incredibly grateful to them and their highly skilled team.
