Easy Peasy Claims
This was so easy and uncomplicated to complete. I have been moving and had a few months worth of bills I had to find and submit. I was able to do it all at one time and not have to worry about it again.

Choose Carefully when you consider pet insurance
We have had a relationship with Trupanion for 11 years insuring our Labradoodle, Lucy. They have been efficient and responsive when claims have been submitted. I have difficulty with their policy of not paying the costs of any vet consultation as part of the diagnostic process. I have spoken with a very friendly service representative and reviewed my policy carefully. They are clear that they do not cover examination fees. I suggest you carefully review your choices for pet insurance to determine if they will cover some of the hefty costs of veterinary clinical evaluation of your pet. If we get another dog, we will consider Trupanion but will look closely at other providers and especially to see if they cover some of the costs of the clinical evaluation by the treat ing vet.

Efficient and very compassionate service
Embrace promptly reimbursed me for the $6200.00 i had laid out during the terrible last 48 hours of my beloved cats life. In addition I received a beautiful card embedded with wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. My daughter just signed up for her dog this week and I would recommend their services to anyone who is interested in having funds to help their pet in an emergency

Happy with their response time ◡̈
This is an update: My most recent experiences with having Embrace Insurance for my 2 dogs have been much much better with speed of claims and information. Really happy with the upswing ! So far it’s been an ok experience. They take a long time to respond to inquiries and the claim process can be lengthy at times. Though they have over 150 employees working for them, it feels like there’s only a few with the communication process. Do your research on what kind of coverage you really will have. It can be confusing, but just takes some effort, probably more energy than I had at the time of adding my first pet.
