I’ve never had an issue with Embrace
I’ve never had an issue with Embrace; I’ve submitted for emergency room visits and have been reimbursed within two days every time. Have never submitted for non-emergencies; my separate wellness plan covers that. Wish it hadn’t gotten so expensive; now that the two cats are 11 and 13, coverage just jumped to $2300 a year! But that’s any insurance, a waste of money until you need it and then you’re thankful you have it.

Embrace always is quick to settle claims and reimbursement is swift. I've never had them question a claim. The premiums are reasonable and its a great comfort knowing that my Tucker is covered for any ad all emergencies and routine care.

It was hard choosing a plan there were so many. I picked Embrace because we have GEICO for our car insurance and we are happy with it and Embrace is through GEICO. So far the service has been great with Enhance.

Slow claim processing
I read good reviews about Fetch and that’s why I chose to cover my cat with this insurance. It was a fair price and good benefits but I’m getting frustrated. It’s been 19 days since I’ve entered a claim and still seems like there is no progress after I submitted documents that were needed. It just says “in progress” and it’s quite frustrating not having any updates.

Long wait times, high price increases
The amount of time it takes to process a claim is so random. It can take anywhere from a week to several months and they aren't very transparent about WHY it takes so long. They send an auto email saying there is nothing that needs to be done then eventually either pay it or deny it without giving you a chance to get them more documentation or whatever it is they need. So if they deny it you have to start the whole process over (including the long wait) when you could have just helped to begin with if they had provided any real info. Also, yearly rate increases are very high. Other than that, I am glad I have it...I probably would have chosen a different company if I could do it again.
