Embrace Pet Insurance quickly processed my first claim. They also reached out to my vet clinic for records of all of my cats which makes it easier for me when dealing with my vet, as well as making it easier for me when Embrace has my pets records.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, SCAM!
As I write this review, I am still on hold. My representative on their 32nd attempt to reach a supervisor with no end in sight. Essentially, I have two cats, both were recommended dentals. One was approved, the other denied. Their reason being that one cat has "Pre-exiting conditions" My medical records clearly state (from the shelter a month before I even adopted the cat) that there were some signs of gum issues, but dental was NOT needed. Upon adoption, we took him to our vet, who also said, dental was NOT needed, but prescribed dental food to help clean the cats' teeth. Three years later, the vet finally recommended that he get a dental. So, I submit an estimate and get denied because its "pre-existing" How its pre-existing when it clearly states he does not need a dental is beyond me. I then was told I can submit an appeal via email, I requested to just be transferred to someone who processed the appeals so I can speak with them as my pet needs surgery ASAP not in 7-10 business days when they answer an email. I was told that there is no phone number. So, I requested a manager or supervisor. This began what is now 1.5-hour phone call, where they have "called their supervisor" 34 times with no response. I have been offered a call back 10-12 times and denied them all. I am doubtful that there even is a supervisor and that they are just trying to see how long I will wait. Clearly their customers are not that important to them, neither are the pets they insure. I'd like to add, this comes after denying other claims that I was told could be covered and were not. But this is the most expensive, and by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This company is a scam, save your money and give it to someone who actually cares. Do yourself a favor and just put the $40 a month into a savings account for when your pet really needs it.

So Grateful for Embrace Pet Insurance
So Grateful for Embrace Pet Insurance. Our Eldest dog has had knee replacement on both hind knees and is now going through heart failure. Submitting claims is so easy online. And while I would do anything for my fur babies, knowing I would be reimbursed by almost 80%, I honestly didn't worry about cost. Embrace gave me peace of mind!! Having them insure our pets was the best decision we ever made!!

Very happy
I had my 2 pups insured with another company but with prices going up everywhere, I had to shop for a better price. I was also concerned with pre-existing conditions because one of my pups ate something that made her very sick. SPOT not only came in with better prices, but their 180 day policy for pre-existing conditions sealed the deal for me. We also purchased the Wellness policy and made a claim that was handled very quickly. I'm very happy with them!

Absolute waste of money
We have been paying over $100 a month to cover our two cats. They deny almost every single claim for things they claim are covered under our plan. An absolute waste of money. Because our cat had small signs of teeth tartar before we even adopted him they will now not cover a dental three years later because in the time we owned him and he has been covered he lost a tooth and developed periodontal disease. Couldn’t even speak to a supervisor when on the phone for over an hour.
