Awful experience
Awful experience. They barely cover anything in the small print. They also double charged me and then cancelled my policy. I don't recommend them at all.

Happy with service!
We adopted our 2 year old dog on 7/8 and I enrolled in Pets Best the next day. Our dogs first vet appointment was on 7/29 and I submitted my first claim which was approved in two days. I’ve since had two more claims the same week, another was approved and there’s one claim left. I’ve been happy with Pets Best thus far.
