Don’t bother
Don’t bother. This company is such a scam. They never paid out a single claim (always said pre-existing conditions or never met the payout threshold). My dogs had multiple issues over the years of various types and somehow Embrace always found a way around paying for them. I changed my address 8 months ago and their system didn’t update (SCAM!!!) so I overpaid for my policy too. Of course they do not care about helping you out at all. Seriously DO NOT SIGN UP FOR EMBRACE

The first claim experience was bad BUT it was my fault for not following instructions to the letter. It confuses things if u send anything not required. Follow the directions and they are great! Less than 10 biz days for payment.

I called over the telephone to talk to a sales rep about pet insurance for my dog. They went over all the options available on the insurance plan and then sent me a quote by email. Excellent customer service!!!
