Submitting the claim was easy & settling the claim was quick. Received my check without any issues. Had to contact customer service on a question about my dog & meds, the customer service rep was excellent, friendly, informative. Spot is Top Notch
If you're considering pet insurance I can't recommend Spot Pet Insurance Enough. We had both of our dogs on a plan and they helped pay for 2 surgeries for our older dog. Most recently picking up almost 800 dollars of her tumor surgery. When we made the impossible choice to put her to sleep forever we just handed the vet our credit card. It would cost what it would cost. That's not something you negotiate. Later in the day, I called Spot to let them know we needed to cancel Annie's plan. They were so sweet and helpful. They made the cancellation date the next day and told me to file a claim for the expenses of euthanizing and cremating her which I did. The next day I got a call from a spot pet customer service person who was just calling to see how we were doing and asked if Milo was handling the loss ok. Yesterday we got a hand written condolence card from them. Today they paid out the claim for Annie's last vet visit. This company is top notch. We will be customers for as long as they continue to operate.

Too long to process claims
Submitted my claim with invoice two weeks later requested invoice again from vet. Then two weeks later requesting all documentation of visit from vet. Still haven’t paid my claim for a well visit.
