Easy to file, quick processing
We enrolled our 2 yr old intact male standard poodle with MetLife a few months ago. We included wellness. We have had a few wellness claims for vaccines, plus flea and tick meds. It was easy to submit paperwork online. Claims were processed quickly. Once the deductible was met, payment was processed quickly.

Great experience
Great experience! The service worked exactly as described. My cat became ill and I took him to his vet. I submitted my receipt via the pumpkin website, which was a very easy process. When I didn't hear back in a week I contacted Pumpkin via phone and talked with a very helpful person! She let me know that they were still waiting for a reply from the vet and that she would follow up with them immediately,which she apparently did because I received my re-imbursement shortly after that. I'm very happy that I signed up up for Pumpkin Pet Insurance.

Poor Customer Service
When you telephone you can never get a rep on the telephone. They made an error on my new puppy's birthdate and is is taking months to correct inasmuch as I am still being charged the monthly invoice and the puppy is still not covered. Very disappointed. The veterinarian records which were sent to Embrace had the correct DOB and as of date still not corrected 08/21/24. I have emailed several times and will only receive a generic response. Finally, after several telephone calls for months I received an email today, 08/21/24. Inasmuch the DOB has not been corrected. Since there is a two month discrepancy I was verbally promised an adjustment on my lowering my monthly premium (puppy 2 months younger then their records) and as of date no response. Not happy with poor customer service. Their response to me was they are unable to locate my account even though I have been paying them for a few months. Where did my payments go? I am being charged in my AMX😱
