Outstanding coverage. Great iOS app
Submitting a claim on the mobile app is easy and straightforward. Coverage is outstanding. On a recent claim of $253.50 we received $204. I would have given 5 stars if the reimbursement took only a few days instead of 10. Still that’s very reasonable.

Embrace makes it easy to submit claims and they always reimburse in a timely manner in accordance with the policy I have. Best pet insurance out there (I have tried others previously)!

Payment took much longer than expected…
Payment took much longer than expected but ultimately everything worked out and the effort was low. If the claims can be processed quicker that would be the icing in the cake.

So quick and simple to get enrolled... Love it!!
So far this has been quick and easy to sign up and get enrolled there was no issue whatsoever. I honestly just got my policy today and I absolutely love how affordable there plans are. The features that r with the plan I got are perfect for my cat and I adore the fact it's through the ASPCA and supports them. The ASPCA is absolutely the best for all animals and I support them tremendously and have for years. I just want to say thank you to the ASPCA the hard work and dedication to all the beautiful animals all over world is hands down Phenomenal. Thank you.

Worth it
I picked them up right after getting my dog Jameson from the shelter, and over the years they've saved me at least $30k in vet costs. He's currently recovering from his second cataract surgery, and would be completely blind at this point if not for having them. I've never had an issue submitting claims, and they've been pretty prompt in sending me direct deposits. I'll never not grab insurance when I adopt. I have them for my other dog, and while she's been far healthier it's nice to know I can treat her properly if something ever happens.

Worst pet insurance out there
Five years ago, my dog had a right front leg strain they are saying because his back leg is bothering him five years later that that is all related. So they do not cover any chiropractic at all. Stating the front leg is connected to the back I guess. So if your dog has a strain or anything, they call that a pre-existing condition
