I spoke to Megan
I spoke to Megan, I wanted to give her a review about Fetch Insurance, which has helped me out a lot. They have been wonderful and so is Megan. She was very helpful and extremely nice.

50% price increase is outrageous
Your recent price increase is outrageous. It is 50% more than last year. It was $560.00 and now it's $280.00 more. The new year premium total is now $840.00. I understand cost have gone up but I no longer what this insurance as it is no longer affordable. 😪 Pets Best also says you can Change your Policy online but you can't you need to talk to someone so they can try to sell you different coverage. Also be aware that they do an Auto renew and will not let you opt out online, yet they say you can "Change your Policy" online. Then when you call to cancel the policy they prorate it from the policy start date even if no services have been used since. I would have kept my policy if the renewal was not 50% of last years premium. Poor business if you ask me. Jake

Coverage that gave us peace of mind and actually covered us!
We had Embrace from the day we picked up our international rescue pup from the airport. Not knowing what she would need medically, we knew we would need to have access to good coverage. Embrace delivered for us and then some. Whether it was medical, behavioral, or dental, we new that we would not be flying without a net thanks to our policy with Embrace.

I insured my puppy through this company…
I insured my puppy through this company and at first they were really good about processing claims and Customer service. But after one year of coverage, my policy went from being $450 per year to almost $1100 per year. That was even with not filing hardly any kind of claims to the company during that first year period. They made it really hard to cancel. I had to call and email three times to get the policy canceled. Something is changed at the company and the customer service and reliability has gone downhill. I advised go to another company rather than Fetch until they get their act together and prove reliability. I felt like it was a bait and switch with the premiums.
