This is the first time I've ever had pet insurance and so far I've sent in my first claim my puppy is 9wks old so we are doing puppy vaccine pretty straight forward spot made it hassle free and my first bill they reimbursed me for more than half I was pleasantly surprised thank you so much spot

After one year they double your rate
After one year they double your rate, even after no claims. Then, the one and only claim — for a bee sting, not anything that turned out to be a threatening chronic condition — took the two months to resolve. Avoid this company. I’m looking for another insurer
