I relayed my tight time constraints at the time, and within fifteen minutes, Josh called me. He addressed my concerns right away, and put me at ease about the policy. I was able to complete the online info and received my policy. Josh was also friendly and professional.

Just takes about an average of 15 days or so to get reimbursed for your claim- from the time you file until you get paid. N.B. after being approved of your claim- it will still take an additional 2-3 days for completion.

When your dog dies
When your dog dies, they will continue to send birthday and other emails. It is kind of cruel, when they know very well my dog is dead.
