So Thankful for the Direct Pay
We finally tried 'direct pay' through Trupanion at our vet, and it was insane how fast they covered a portion of our bill! We were standing at the front counter giving our info, and we got a text saying Trupanion was going to pay a chunk of our bill. We were shocked, it made it so easy! Forever grateful that our deductible doesn't restart every year. Trupanion has helped us tremendously with our cat who has Epilepsy. She needs bloodwork x2 a year for the foreseeable future, and Trupanion covers almost all of the testing!

Fast claim approval & peace of mind
