Happy with product and service, but not the price!
I am very happy with the claim submission process and quick turnaround. My biggest issue is how much my insurance goes up each year...my new policy premium increase by more than $900!! I cannot afford $3000 a year..that's almost what I pay for my own health insurance! I had to drop my coverage levels and limits in order to avoid the $900 increase. But this is more out of pocket for me so I may not be renewing after next year.

Illegal withdraw
Took money out of my account with out my authorization for over 14 days and kept giving me a different answer everytime I was emailed or talked too on the phone. Very very very unprofessional and nothing but excuses from workers. If you want something done then you have to reach out to management wait for them to re read their stupid script to you on the phone then demand you get a refund. Personally I'd like trupanion to switch where I can pay my own bill through an app then having you randomly withdraw my money. Trupanion obviously can't be trusted with automatic account withdraws so you might as well give the choice for us to pay it early or on the day of. Please don't steal my money then tell me you'll take weeks to give it back. You're a pet insurance company not the government I expected better.
