Don't switch to them from another provider (may be OK with new puppy but terrible with 10-month old). I had existing insurance coverage for my pet. I was considering switching to Fetch and signed-up and was clear that I wanted to know any exclusions. They asked me to upload medical records and wait 30 days. After 34 days I called back and they hadn't evaluated. They then evaluated and the coverage was very unclear if there were exclusions. Kept existing provider and did not receive any fair refund for the lack of speed and commitment on their part.

Spot was quick to look at my request for my Vet treating her. I received close to a full refund ( after $ 250.00) within a week. A few days later I sent another bill and I received almost all again 2 days later, I’m very satisfied with SPOT.
