First Claim - Great Experience

This was my first claim and it was extremely easy to start the claim and upload the invoice. The process was so easy! Also, the claim was approved and paid in 2-3 days, which I totally didn’t expect. I’m very pleased. Thank you to all the folks at Embrace for your service!

Avoid Fetch Pet Insurance at All Costs!

I brought my cat to Canada last year and decided to insure her with Fetch. They didn’t require any documents when I signed up, so I assumed everything was straightforward. Last month, my cat developed skin allergies and needed treatment, which included a vet visit and vaccinations. When I submitted the claim, Fetch suddenly asked for her previous medical records. Since she hadn’t seen a vet here in Canada before this, I provided her medical records from my home country. Fetch didn’t accept those records and denied my claim, refusing to cover the cost of her treatment. This company seems to find any excuse to deny claims. If they had needed earlier records from Canadian vets, why didn’t they ask when I enrolled? The whole process feels like a scam. If you’re considering pet insurance, I strongly recommend avoiding Fetch!

I can not state enough how much I appreciated all the help that Kayla gave me in assisting me in submitting my claim correctly. An absolute 10/10 Grand Slam customer experience. Kayla took all my anxiety away from our application. She assisted me in uploading all pertinent documents and even helped set up direct deposit. And was very comforting and supporting of Titan's Medical situation. We always have such a positive experience with Fetch. Happy Holidays to all.

I am a new pet owner, so a first time buyer of pet insurance. I am so happy that I chose Fresh Pet. All of my interactions with representatives have been great.
