Able to get the treatment my dog needed
My dog has had Trupanion since the day I got him—almost seven years ago. Keeping it was the best decision! He has seizures, and Trupanion has been great at covering costs associated with them. He recently had to have an MRI, and Trupanion came through! I couldn’t have gotten him the treatment he needed without it. Thank you, Trupanion!

The whole process was simple and quick. I did my claim via the app. The app was easy-to-use. I filed my claim 11/05/25 at 5:08 pm. My reimbursement was in my account 11/07/25 by 4:30 pm. I was impressed.

Healthy Paws Policy
I’ve had healthy paws since I first got my dog over 8 years ago and they’ve been great. Whenever I would submit a claim they always get back to you within a few days, thoroughly explain their findings and within a few days reimburse you for any fees that are part of your policy.
