Easy and affordable!
I have had pet insurance through lemonade for almost a year. It has been a great experience of thus far. I have had multiple claims and each of them have been super easy. Customer service is wonderful it's also easy to get in contact with someone if you have questions and once your claim is approved your money automatically gets wired to your account within a few days. I highly recommend this pet insurance as it is one of the most affordable in the markets (I researched A LOT!) with excellent coverage!

Above and beyond
Our poor puppy has been through the wringer since we adopted her. Luckily, we had Lemonade Insurance. We have had to file a lot of claims and she is finally doing well! Everything I submitted to Lemonade was clearly explained as to why things we and were not covered. It felt very fair and I would recommend them to any new pet owner. I had a few extra questions about our policy and I got a friendly phone call to clarify our plan. Nothing but great things to say about Lemonade. Thanks y'all!

Processing of my claim for Frannies surgery was excellent - prompt, thoughtful, fair and completed in less than one week.
Trupanion made the claim process straight-forward and convenient. Communication with me during processing was excellent. Questions and concerns were handled promptly and thoughtfully. Decisions prompt, clearly explained, and fair. The entire process was completed and funds were deposited to my checking account in less than one week after Frannies's surgery. FANTASTIC
Over the top customer service. Patience everyone I've had to deal with is outstanding. I'm not the most computer friendly when it comes to simple things and every single employee treated me like a friend. Claims are usually handled within 24-48 hours. 90% of my cat's asthma medicine is covered. As soon as you bring your little fur baby home, go on line and get a quote. I'd rather have Trupanion and NOT need them than, NEED them and not have them. In 7 years they've helped out both my cats. I recommend this company 100%. I'd proudly wear a t-shirt if they offered one! Go online today folks!
