Once I set up our account
Once I set up our account, I had a few questions regarding the required medical records. Our dog, Sadie, is a 7 year old rescue with no medical history prior to being picked up as a stray a few months ago. Using Fetch's chat line, Emmalee helped me verify what's needed and made a few notes so, hopefully, make things a bit smoother if / when we make a claim. Also, love the direct deposit option, too. Claims go towards deductible
I have 2 french bulldogs. I like that the little stuff goes towards the deductible incase something serious should happen.

I initially signed up for Embrace Pet…
I initially signed up for Embrace Pet Insurance, starting with a monthly of $37, which later increased to an astonishing $178 per month. I wanted peace of mind, knowing that my dog would be covered in case of a serious illness. Unfortunately, when the time came to file a claim, Embrace denied it, citing a “pre-existing condition.” My dog was healthy at the time I purchased the policy, which my veterinarian can confirm, yet Embrace insists that her later-diagnosed tumors are connected to a condition supposedly present before coverage, without providing any concrete evidence. Based on numerous previous reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this experience. Embrace appears to use the same “pre-existing condition” reasoning to deny many claims, raising serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of their insurance practices. My dog is no longer with us, yet I still have to deal with this, and it deeply upsets me. Embrace, please don’t waste time responding to this review if it’s only to add yet another standard paragraph about my pet’s “pre-existing condition.” The pattern is clear.
