Efficient, Easy and Well Worth It

I signed up for an 30-day free trial w/ Trupanion and wouldn't you know it, my dog got sick. The Vet bill was more than my mortgage, but it was all covered by Trupanion. The ease of submitting a claim and the efficiency of the claim process made me a fan... I signed up for the insurance immediately.

Worth the Investment

My wife and I have been going back and forth for several years on whether or not we should get Pet Insurance for our dog Jada. I didn't feel it was worth the expense vs other existing Financial Obligations. This past September I finally gave in and we decided to research getting Jada insured. After comparing companies, plans, costs, deductibles, and coverages we decided on ASPCA Pet Insurance with extended coverage. It's already proven to be a worthy investment. A short time after the policy went into affect we noticed a lump on Jada's underside. We took her to the vet and the first visit they gave her a shot and mediation to see if the lump would shrink in size. It was determined on the follow up visit that she needed to have the lump removed and biopsied to see if it was a cancerous tumor. Within a week of the follow up we found another lump along her ribcage and it was back to the vet once again. The surgery was scheduled for the Monday following Christmas and all went well. Within a week we got the results and found out that it wasn't cancerous and our little girl will be just fine. The total for all the visits, shots, medication, surgery, and biopsy exceeded $600.00 which we had to pay prior to submitting our Insurance Claim. The process for completing the Claim for and submission was painlessly easy. Everything was done online. We received email confirmation when the claim was received followed by a claim number to follow up if needed. In the end

Fantastic!

We purchased Embrace insurance when we got our puppy. We're delighted with Embrace and those Embracers who help us with our questions and who give us the information we need. The quality of service both on the phone and via e-mail, the friendliness, and the promptness with which claims are processed is simply wonderful. We thank Embrace and so does our yorkie.

Consistently Dependable

We have had Embrace for nearly 4 years, first for one dog and now for 2. We have always been paid appropriately in a timely manner, and the staff is always helpful when we call. The policy has more than paid for itself. I recommend Embrace to all our friends.

Fast

Just know your policy. I bought this inurance because my last dog past away from kidney failure and my vet bill was 4200. I bought a new puppy and bought insurance. My new puppy has OCD. The 250 deductable does not take office visits. Well that could be a 100-200 dollars. Very friendly company and seem to be fast at paying claims. Just know what your policy says and you will be happy.

Skin Biopsy

My dog needed a skin biopsy to further help me know what was wrong. He had hair loss on ears, face, and eyes. The tissues needed to be evaluated by a dermatoligist doing the biopsy.

Trupanion rocks!

I had researched pet insurance for years and always concluded it was a waste of money. That was before Trupanion. This company is amazing. great coverage, incredibly responsive. Wouldn't be without it. Do the research, then call them.
