I am glad that I have ASPCA insurance.
My Golden Retriever, Jake, suddenly became ill a few months ago. I rushed him to my vet, they took xrays, sent him to a truama hospital with a diagnosis of neumothorax. After a week of treatment he was able to come home. Needless to say, the hospital stay and treatment was very expensive. I was so glad to at least have a portion of the bill covered by my ASPCA policy. They covered up to the limit of my plan, and I was happy to have the help and kindness.

RECOMMEND ASPCA INSURANCE
Purchasing pet insurance for our new addition, Buster, was the best decision. Unfortunately, Buster had to under go stomach surgery after eating and entire baked chicken. It was a relief to know that ASPCA covered the majority of the expense. The claim process was very easy and fast. Buster and I both strongly recommend ASPCA insurance.

My dog is all better!
Just wanted to let you know that I was pleased with my insurance processing claim. I got regular updates from ASPCA while my claim was being followed up on and then got a refund in a timely manner. I also contacted you on my way to the hospital for some help, and I got good information from the operator who helped me. Thanks!

Not the best communication
Rec'd email that claim was incomplete- phoned ASPCA to determine where we were deficient. They had by mail requested the records from the emergency clinic- but no one had "called" the clinic. It took me several phone calls to the manager to assure that this happened. Feel like this is insurance for people since I had to "fight" for the claim on my pet's behalf. Had I not called ASPCA to see what the delay was- the claim would've been denied.

ASPCA Plan Delivered As Promised
Having chosen the Level II Plan with Continuing Coverage, it unfortunately became necessary to file a claim when my dog, Chance, developed an aggressive oral tumor. Requiring chemotherapy and several follow-ups, the cost added up rapidly. I have to say that I was extremely and pleasantly surprised with how well ASPCA reimbursed me without questioning or nit-picking every charge. They paid me 80% of the covered charges just as they had promised in the plan. I am extremely satisfied with ASPCA's performance in this instance and have now begun another plan for my other dog, Maddie. I could not be happier with the performance of the ASPCA Pet Health Plan Insurance. It delivered what it promised.

Senior Dog Insurance
My previous dogs all developed health problems as they aged and it became expensive to give them the care they deserved. With Casey I decided to get insurance once he reached to age of 7. Luckily he has remained healthy until recently (15 years). Pet insurance has been helpful in paying for diagnostic tests. Hopefully, he has a couple of years left.

We've been with Embrace since 2009.Our little Doxie Zuzu wouldn't want any other pet insurance company (neither would her human-companions) helping her to remain healthy and happy. Having a Vet you know, trust, and use for your pet's primary health needs is essential. Having a pet insurance company that truly understands this and sticks with you every step of the way is the next most important thing; Embrace does just that. Luckilly for Zuzu, she hasn't had any relapses in her health since a benign mass was discovered in her spleen two years ago and needed to be surgically removed. Embrace, despite our being very new to their insurance, didn't hesitate to review her case and cover the costs at close to 90%. While we would have paid out the money to Zuzu's vet in a heartbeat (because we can't attach a price tag to our love for her), it was a couple thousand of dollars!!! Embrace made sure we could focus on Zuzu's well-being and recovery, not on our bills and finances. That was huge relief and very appreciated. Today, we continue to get Zuzu her routine annual wellness check-ups and keep her up to date on heartworm testing and vaccinations. Embrace's wellness plan covers a maximum of 200$ annually per policy period for this type of health maintenance. That's a tremendous relief on our wallets, and we have the peace of mind that Zuzu is being taken care of as best as possible.
