Our Boxer Mia was in deep trouble. She couldn't hold anything down and had diahhria bad. We got her in to the vet pront when we realized her condition could not get much worse. They operated hours after diagnosing a blocked intestine. The following monday I filled out the appropriate forms and passed them on to our vet clinic. The attending Vet processed the forms immediately and faxed them to Trupanion. We recieved a confirmation of submittal the same day and a follow-up three says later. Within 10 days we recieved a cheque in the mail and the file was closed. The timely resolution to our claim was appreciated, especially during the Christmas holiday season. I have no regrets going with Trupanion as they have delivered what the policy covered.

Easy Insurance
So far my Embrace experience has been good. The claims are easy to send in and the company keeps me informed of the process. My first claim took quite a while to process, but they let me know they were behind but were indeed working on it. My later claim took no time at all. So far they have covered all that I expected. Very pleased so far with my first year of coverage.

Great Customer Service
I have insurance for my six year old German Shepherd and my half Lab and half German Shepherd puppy. The reason I chose Embrace is because their coverage seemed broader than most pet insurance companies and so far we have been reimbursed for everything we were expecting, including some things we weren't expecting (e.g. a tooth removal). I have been very impressed with Embrace's prompt responses and willingness to keep me in the loop thus far. Their customer service is excellent. The only thing I wish I could change was waiting so long to get pet insurance for my older dog because she has many pre-existing conditions. Still worth it though!

My cat had an unusual series of diagnostic tests in the past year and Embrace has reimbursed me the expected amount every time, no questions asked. I work in an animal hospital and have seen our clients struggle with other pet insurance companies; their claims are denied for stupid reasons and they are given the run-around. I have not had this experience with Embrace. My cat visited a cardiologist and an oncologist this year (both very expensive) and Embrace paid me without even requesting vet records, which I was more than happy to send. It was a stressful time for me, thinking that my beloved kitty was sick, but Embrace helped me focus on Lola and not on the expense. Thank you!

Will never be without pet insurance again.
Purchase Pet Insurance for my Polish Lowland sheepdog thinking that I would never use it. After she injured her back hind leg (we still do not know how it was injured) and it did not improve with rest. She was found to have a torn ACL that needed to be repaired through surgery. I was really expecting a hassle trying to file insurance since I had never used Pet Insurance with any of my past dogs. This couldn't be further from the truth, it was quite easy to complete and when I had question the customer service was excellent. I am not easy to please when it comes to service and don't recommend a company unless I am completely impressed. I am completely impressed with Healthy Paws customer service and have recommended them to several friends. The only suggestion I would have is to add the claim status to the user site or add a click to chat. Thanks you have earned a life long customer.
