I'm very happy
I've been been trupanion for a little over a year now and although i have not needed the insurance I've only submitted 2 claims of which one was declined how ever the other one wasn't. The experience was quick and favorable trupanion processed my claims quickly and efficiently and followed up with me on my pets health status. i must say that my almost two year premium almost paid off on my one claim and boy was I happy to know that it was cover it saved me a big expense at a time that I was needing the most help. Thank you trupanion for coming thru to me and my babay

Reformed Sceptic loves Embarce Cust/Service
We purchased our first pet ins. policy on 3 dogs, 2/12. Initially, I was somewhat sceptical which was reinforced by the denial of an ear infection claim on one of our Labs w/pre-existing allergies, even though she didn't have a history of ear infections and her allergies are extremely well controlled w/Atopicia. BUT, when our other Lab got a small bowel obstruction and needed emergency surgery ($4,000), Embrace performed at a 10 out of 10 rating. The claims were processed in a very timely manner and the customer service at Embrace has been stellar. You always speak to a pleasant and well informed person w/out waiting. The Lab that had the obstruction surgery in Nov/12 is currently in surgery for a TPLO (knee repair). I submitted pre-certification info and heard from Embrace the same day approving the estimated charges($3,200). Embrace has been worth every penny we paid for the policy and more, because peace of mind, knowing that we can do the very best for our furry family members is priceless.

I looked at dozen of pet insurance companies in depth and even went with another insurance company only to discover they were not as advertised. So I cancelled them and went with Trupanion and they were everything they said they were. I have been so impressed.

Great Service!
My 8 month old puppy ate a handful of grapes and was hospitalized for 4 days. Soon after he was released, I submitted an on-line claim form and mailed in copies of the hospital bills. The claim was processed quickly and I was given regular status updates by email. The process was very easy!

Best Decision We Made
We adopted a rescue Mastiff last June and I was on the fence about pet insurance. I've had pets before and they never had any serious issues so I wasn't entirely convinced that we needed it.One trip to the vet and $450 later, we signed up and thank goodness we did. In the nine months that we've had our 110 lb bundle of joy, she's had three UTI's and the antibiotics alone are enough to make your jaw drop. If it wasn't for Embrance, we would be in some serious vet debt but they have come through each and every time. The customer service is phenomenal, they keep in touch via email to keep you informed of your claim status; I've always been able to talk to a real live person without waiting when I've called; the explanation of the benefits and the coverage is very straightforward. Working with Embrace is probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a service company and I highly recommend using Embrace for your pets.

So happy I went with pet insurance
I have two female rescue dogs, one 10 years old, the other is 5 years old. The 10 year old developed colitis and had to be treated and put on a special diet - Trupanion has covered most of the costs of what would be an expensive treatment plan.
