Our dog , Sophie has had a batch of ill health and accidents. She is now 9 months old. I have found trupanion to be supportive and encouraging.

When notified via email of my reimbursement amount, I noticed a mistake. I called Embrace and within a few hours, the correction was made. It's so nice to not have to jump through hoops to have things righted. Great company.

Healthy Paws is Awesome!!
Healthy Paws is everything they say they are and MORE! I've been with them since June of last year. I had to submit a large claim recently and they came through expeditiously, professionally, and didn't pick any claim item apart. I have to add that communicating with them was always a pleasure also. Even after the claim was paid, they still emailed me, asking about how our Maddie is doing and saying to give her a hug!! I am so impressed. I've already referred another person to them, and will continue to do so. I feel they truly do care for our animals, and know what they mean to us. They are top notch in my book!!

Sparky's Hospital Stay
Took my dog into the hospital for 3 days due to Gastrenteritis. The total bill was ~ $2100. Trupanion dispersed ~ $1500. Which was much appreciated. The only negative was that they did not reimburse the $250 deductible which I should have been reimbursed because my dog was treated for gastroenteritis at the same hospital back in October of last year. All in all still better than nothing and my pet is doing fine now.

I have an 11 month old black lab who tore a ligament in her knee and had to have cruiciate surgery. Trupanion was a blessing. The forms were easy to fill out and I was reimbursed for 90% of the costs in just a few days! Thank you Trupanion!
