Healthy Paws insured my cat Grady without qualification in 4/2012 when he was 11 years old. our first claim was made in 8/2012 when Grady was sadly diagnosed with a form of stomach cancer with a prognosis of about one year. We took him through a series of of about 14 vet visits and hospitalizations which due to our amazing doctors, stabilized his condition until last month. During this time my vets submitted claims to Healthy Paws which were immediately acknowledged and paid within 2-3 days without fail. They even picked up on an unpaid bill that I had not tracked. I always received letters of concern about Grady's health. Today, after his passing last week, we received a sympathy card with a note from all the staff. Their total recognition of our difficult times and ease of processing claims helped smooth out our last months with Grady. How much more kind and caring can a company be? Healthy Paws sets out to be of service to pet owners in their time of greatest need and have gone beyond fulfilling their mission with personal attention and genuine concern for all their clients. I have only the highest praise for their business. It would be utopia if more businesses would follow their model. Deepest thanks to Healthy Paws.

Trupanion is a lifesaver with True Compassion!
Dogs have been a part of our family for over 30 years, but we never even thought of buying pet insurance until adopting our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy last year. We knew this breed had a history of cancer over time, so we elected to purchase Trupanion insurance coverage in order to have options, should we be faced with hard treatment choices. What we didn't know is that at 8 months of age our puppy would suffer with seizures and would soon be diagnosed with epilepsy. MRI's and other diagnostic tests are pricey. The medications are beyond expensive and will be lifelong. Purchasing Trupanion early-on was a stroke of genius, even though we didn't know it at the time. Not only have they provided extremely rapid approvals and reimbursements for our dog's care, they do so with extremely personalized and professional service. They communicate with true compassion. We are so grateful to be able to make medical choices for our dog that are based on his needs and not the price. This is all because of the exceptional coverage, care and compassion of the folks at Trupanion.

Wrong one
Dr's visits are not covered, nor is the tax or 10% of everything else. After the $300.00 deductible has been reached I was left with a hefty bill. Though there are no limits on this plan I now think I chose the wrong plan as there will be a $300.00 deductible on every illness.

Healthy Paws Exceeds Expectations
Healthy Paws Insurance is the way to go! Our plan is a low $100 deductible and a high 90% reimbursement for only $35 per month. That monthly fee has paid for itself over and over again in reimbursements. You never expect your puppy to need it so young, but our 10-month old Havanese was injured and compressed a growth plate in his leg and needed a $2400 surgery to repair it. Healthy Paws reimbursed the surgery and medications at 90% - and the check was in my mailbox within a couple of days after filing the claim. Their claim filing process is very easy and they keep you informed of the status of your claim, often processing it within minutes of receipt. And then they always go the extra mile and send an email to check in on our pup after a few days. It's a nice touch. I recommend them to everyone I know with pets. We couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company!

Great Service
My 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog has had some skin conditions and unfortunately we have had to visit our vet a few times this year to try and treat it. Embrace has been wonderful every time. Best Insurance We've Ever Had!
Our vet told us about Trupanion when we asked if any insurance would cover more than the insurance we had at that time. He said he doesn't know the details bcs they don't get involved with insurance papers, but from what he's heard from his clients, Trupanion is the one that they said pays the most, the fastest. And it's true! We LOVE Trupanion; wish we started with them all the years we wasted on our previous mediocre insurance company!
