Great Coverage
Embrace Pet Insurance is reliable and prompt. My 4-year-old Corgi-Lab mix, my Corgador as I call her, had to have emergency surgery at Kansas State University Veterinary Medical Center. She's one of those dogs with short legs and a long spine, which can spell disc problems. I came home one evening to discover that her hind legs were paralysed. I had to drive four hours to get her to a veterinarian that could perform the surgery--the faster you get them to the operating room, the more likely they will regain mobility in their back legs. Long story short, she racked up a pretty hefty bill--but she is fine, and fully recovered. I submitted my claim and Embrace reimbursed me within two weeks. They didn't question the emergency surgery or any charges. I would recommend them--and have recommended them to new dog owners. They are prompt and professional. With insurance, I feel like I don't have to choose between my pet and my pocketbook. Good company, good service.

Lightning Fast Settlements
My frenchie started vomiting blood late one Friday evening and I took him into an urgent care center. When your pet is sick, it makes things so much easier if you're able to say, yes we'll take the meds, yes please do the bloodwork without fear of a multi-thousand dollar bill. Max got the proper care he needed and there was a check in my mailbox within a week of filing my claim. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company, and will continue to use them for Max and any other pets I have in the future. Thanks Healthy Paws!

What a GREAT Company!
I looked at many companies for pet insurance and finally dediced on Embrace. When I applied over the phone the customer service rep. was very informative and friendly. I had to use the insurance sooner than I thought and I was reimbursed quickly and without any hassles. I am extremely happy with my choice of pet insurance companies and I have recommended them to my pet owner friends.

Very Disappointed
I contacted you, printed out the claim form, collected all the documents you requested and mailed them all in the same envelope. There were a total of 4 bills which were clearly itemized on the claim. Whoever opened the mail, just selected ONE of the bills and discarded or ignored the rest. Then I was told that they were not sent! I had to take the time to pull out all the bills again and resubmit via fax. I requested to speak with a supervisor and requested some feedback after an investigation as to how this happened. I have heard NOTHING back from the supervisor who was not exactly professional in her demeanor. I am not surprised at this point. I am very sorry I spent my money with this company on this insurance - the whole experience has been quite annoying.

Extremly pleased
This claim is for a medication that was purchased outside of the vet's office(per vet's recomendation that it might be less expensive),for a fairly serious intestional/stomach issue.Once again Embrace came thru fast & as stated they would.I cannot be happier with this company.Thanks again.

$10,000 Savings - 4 seperate claims
My dog Torsten has had 2 torn cruciate ligaments, severe joint damage, auto immune disease, and pnumonia(sp?) twice. Embrace has paid (Immediately) for 2 separate TPLO's from surgeon specialist, 24 hr emergency visits, all vet costs, AND Amazingly! 2 separate Stem Cell Retrieval and Injections. They have paid out over $10,000 on this one dog, and gave him 4 extra years of quality life. They literally saved his life 4 separate times. These people are simply Crazy Over-the-Top in ease of claims, immediate Personal contact, follow up, and ..well everything. They cover Everything, unlike most other well-known Pet insurance companies, AND they are possibly the LEAST Expensive! I kept my pet insurance even when I could not afford my own health insurance..and it was a wise decision. I respectfully suggest that everyone recommend this company to anyone owning a Dog or Cat.
