Great Insurance

I am so happy we have Embrace, they have always reimbursed all our claims fast and without problems. We have recommended Embrace to many of our family members and friends and they have had very positive experiences and thanked us afterwards about telling them about pet insurance.

Great product that saved us

Our dog stopped eating and drinking, and his hospital stay was almost $700. Initially, Healthy Paws thought there was a gap in his veterinary coverage since he was found as a stray, but a quick phone call cleared that up and I had a check in hand within 3 days. It's worth every penny and I wish my own health insurance was this easy!

GREAT PET INSURANCE COMPANY!

The Embrace Representative on the phone, Joshua, was very helpful and considerate. I worked with him while I was online on their website, because I wanted to get the insurance that day and have it go into effect immediately..also bought the Well Care..which is what was immediate..I was very happy with the service, and afterwards, ny 1st Well claim went exactly as they said..check received within a week of submission!

"Smoki" (Toy Poodle) was born May 21, 2011, I adopted him JUNE 2011 @ six weeks old. Smoki has been a member width ASPCA for almost one year,& he is a very healthy poodle, I have only had to submit claims for wellness, neuter, & vaccines. NO ILLNES; NO INJURIES I have not had any problems with getting reimbursed on any of the charges that are covered. All calls made have been very helpful and the customer teams have all been very polite.

Speedy Reimbursement & Great Wellness Plan

This was my first claim and my first experience with Embrace. Excellent communication through the process, and extremely speedy processing of the claim. The claim was processed and completed the day after I submitted & sent to my bank via direct deposit. The wellness plan is excellent, and the direct deposit option helps speed things up. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised with

I admit to being skeptical, but I have been pleasantly surprised with Embrace. No 'hidden' costs, prompt service both in email and on the 'phone. Pretty easy to understand. I would suggest a few more details on the claim forms - maybe on back side have examples of what Embrace expects Veterinarians to write on form. Also a reminder that on your first visit after signing up - to BRING the orthopedic waiver for vet to fill out - to save on a second trip.... Still overall, I am pleased.
